Arrival Story:
We got Otis right after 9/11 happened. I also lost both parents that summer, and I thought another yorkie would be a nice tribute. My dad was from the south and his full name was Billy Joe, thus Otis Billy Joe is his official name. My parents would have loved this guy, and Butters and Cash too!

Bio:
I had Legg-Calves-Perthes disease when I was 9 months old. I had to have hip surgery to make it all better. It really, really hurt. But now I am so much better, I hardly limp at all anymore, and I am the toughest of my brothers! I am also a daddy's boy :)
