Birthday: January 1st 2007 Arrival Story: My foster parents say I'm living up to my name in every way - I'm such a JOY to be around. I'm very sweet. I've not had any potty accidents in the house since I've been here and I have pretty good manners. I get along great with the other dog in my foster home and haven't figured out if I want to be friends with the cat or if I should just totally give her the cold shoulder. Its obvious that at one time or another, I had a family that loved me and taught me basic manners. When AHDI took me in, I had just had a litter of 5 puppies. I was a perfect Mom and loved my babies until they were weaned from me. I missed them at first but am happy that they are finding their own forever families. I'm spayed, microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations and going through Heartworm treatments. I'm a smaller husky mix and weigh in about 43 pounds, but I think they put weights on my feet when they weighed me because I certainly don't look like I weigh 43 pounds! I'm cat friendly, get along with other dogs, kids and loving adults. I'd be great as an only family dog or as part of a small pack of fur friends.
