Getting used to things.

crate training

I think this crate training is gonna work for me. I go into my crate when my mommy goes to work. She puts a couple of treats in for me and she puts some soothing classical music for me to listen to. She comes home around 12:30 and we go for a nice walk. I'm starting to understand that peeing & pooping is to be done only outside!!! Then we come home and have a drink of water and cuddle for a bit then I get to rest in my crate again until about 4:30. Then we get another walk!!!
I'm starting to learn some words now. I know my name and the words "supper" and "cookie" "and "bed". It's nice to be able to communicate with my family.
Well I need to take a rest now!!!

I was a crazy pup last night!!

Well I just had so much energy last night I nearly drove my mommy mad! We went for a walk down by the waterfront in Pickering. We saw 2 bassett hounds, a bernese mountain dog, a shitzu, and a husky. I also met a rat terrier and she sort of looked like me! Anyway after that long walk I was still raring to go once we got home. I grabbed anything I could find, the newspaper, shoes whatever. I even lost another baby tooth, which makes it 5 so far. Well I eventually lost all that energy and slept through the night on my pillow next to mommy's side of the bed. I didn't pee on the floor all night! Mommy was happy when she let me out in the morning I did what I was supposed to OUTSIDE!! Well gotta go for now!!

New house!

We have moved into our new house and I really like it. I'm learning to use the backyard for my bathroom instead of the floor inside! I sleep next to my mommy on the floor beside the bed. She bought me a cool new bed that is neon green and so soft. The neighbours next door really like me and appreciate the fact that I don't bark much at all. I like dancing for them as I try to see them over the hedge! They keep telling me that I need to stop taking shoes! But they are so irresistable and smelly that it will be hard to stop.
