Surgery Stinks!

I had knee surgery on Wednesday and it was not fun! I hate being shaved and having my big scar show gives everyone the willies (Grandma winces every time she sees it!!). But I am kicking butt at walking on three legs and I can't wait to get back to the park and run. I kind of even like the nickname that Aunt Renee gave me (Tripod!) It beats being called Peg Leg (Thanks Mom. . . )

But everyone has been taking care of me and I have been getting all kinds of treats. The Thanksgiving turkey is one of my all-time favorites! I also LOVE being wrapped up in a blanket so that I am nice and cozy.

So I am on my way to a speedy recovery with my new knees!

PS. . . . Mom, I know that you are hiding my pills in the cheese!
