Whoa ... what a month!

It is hard to believe but it is almost the end of November. It has been an interesting month to be a dog in my house. Mom made me go to the man called a vet twice! Can you believe it?? I started sneezing and she got worried. I have to remember not to do that too much. I like the vet guy. That lady that comes in before him has got to GO! She pets me and fusses over me just to stick that cold thing up my butt. I don't like that at all. I tried telling Mommy but she just told me she knew but let her do it anyway. I don't get it. If Mommy knows how much I hate it, why does she let that lady do it? Then my people all started to get sick. Mommy got sick and then my boy and then Daddy. They put me in my box and left me in there while they all left. Mommy said they had to go to the doctor, sort of like my vet guy. I wonder if they have a lady stick something up their butts too? Anyways, everything was VERY messed up around here. Daddy didn't go to work and my boy didn't go to school. Daddy left for work today and the boy went to school so it is more normal but who knows. They did this before and everyone came home early :(. I like it when I am home with Mommy. She fusses and spoils me. She is fussing at her computer thing today. She has a big paper she needs to turn in for school. I offered to help her write it. Wonder why she won't let me help? Oh well, time to go chase a kitten or gnaw a bone. Not sure what I am going to do this morning.

Home at last

Whew! I made it home to my mommy. I have decided those airplane things are NO fun. I had to go in a crate early in the morning. I was stuck in it til my mommy picked me up after it was already dark. I don't think I like that at all. The airplane went up and down. I didn't mind it too much until almost time for the last down. That was bumpy! Mommy said there were thunderstorms in the area. I got out of my crate and jumped into Mommy's arms. I gave her plenty of hugs and kisses. If the airplane wasn't bad enough, Mommy made me go to see the vet. I don't mind him so much but that thing they stuck up my butt was nasty! Why do they do that to a poor doggie? I had a rough day and then they stick something up my bum. YUCK! Then I got to go home. I slept long and hard. It was such a bad day. Yesterday, I meant my girl and boy. My girl plays HARD. She just kept throwing my little tennis ball. Where did she find one just my size anyway? I ran after it again and again but she just kept throwing it. Mommy finally made her stop and I crashed and slept hard again. My boy came home from a place called school. He was nicer than the girl. He would roll my ball but would let me chew it awhile before throwing it again. I couldn't play much with him because I was still tired from my girl. Mommy promised my girl won't do that again. Today I haven't played as hard. Mommy makes sure my girl gives me a break and I am able to chew more. YAY!! I don't go far from Mommy though. I really love going outside. Did you know there are things Mommy calls pinecones? They are just my size. I can pick them up and carry them all around. I like pinecones. I guess I need to go for now. It is time for my afternoon nap. My boy will be home from school soon and I want to play with him some more! Puggy hugs and kisses for now.

A week to go!

It will be a week before I can start my journey to my new home and family. I am still with my breeder, dogmom, and siblings. I am excited to go to a family all my own. It will be scary too. I have to travel from Oklahoma all the way to Alabama. They tell me I will ride in a big plane. I am not real sure what it is but I hope it will not be too scary. My new mommy will be waiting for me as soon as my plane arrives. I will have all the hugs and kisses and cuddles a little puppy can wish for. I can't wait.
