Arrival Story:
Charlie was 2 years old and his first owner no longer could keep him so she put him on a plane and sent him to her mom. Her mom didn't want him either. She happen to meet my friend and was telling my friend about him. My friend thought of me because at the time we were looking to get a second dog. We took Bitsy to meet him and they got along great, so he came home with us.
