His tug/chew rope, going out, his human brother Bean.
None that we have seen. Updated 13 Oct 2009: he has issues with large white men who are follically challenged; someone like that really hurt him a long time ago. He is very scared of anyone meeting that description.
His tug/chew rope. Updated 13 October 2009: He loves his nylabones (still loves his ropes, too), and any "real" bones for treats.
Right now, Nutro Puppy Formula
To Papa's, the "Land of Adobo".
No tricks yet per se, but he came to us leash trained and stops and sits at intersections. He's in school now. Updated as of 13 October 2009: Cooper can jump on command, as well as lay down, shake hello, do a high five, a "please" (hugging beg), and a beg
Adopted in June 2008 from Connie at Beagles and Buddies in El Monte, CA. Connie reports that Cooper (who was named Heath when we met him) was rescued as a puppy from Orange County and that he had initially been adopted out to another family who loved him but could not care for him in the way he needed. We were quite happy that they returned him to B&B so he could come to us.
Cooper is an "only" now. He had a hard time when he lost his "big" brother Monty, he didn't go back into his (open) crate bed for two weeks. But he is so companionable and loving and easy. It was really something for us, to have a dog who obeys, rarely barks and doesn't demand food when the clock strikes breakfast and dinner time. He's extremely endearing. That word has been used by SO many people who've met him.
