Arrival Story:
When Luca was 5 weeks old he was hit by a car and his right rear leg was broken in 3 spots. A couple of kids found him and brought him into the vet clinic that a lady we know works at. She took it upon herself to nurse him back to health. She also runs a puppy camp (aka kennel) at her home. My parents board their 3 labs there when they go on vacation. She found out that we were looking for a pet and denied other people of taking him because she wanted him to come live with us. We went there last October and instintly fell in love with him. And the rest is history.
