Adopted from animal shelter when he was between 3 and 4 months old.

Bio:
Rafa had a rough first year. He's had to deal with mange, joint problems, house breaking challenges and anxiety. He does not like changes. He's a very sweet dog once he warms up. He loves baths and treats! He's got really soft fur and isn't much of a shedder.
