 Quick Bio:
 Birthday: March 1st 2008
Bio: Colby is a tail-wagging, joyful, thrilled-to-meet-you bundle of love. This adorable pup was found dumped out in the country with his sister - not exactly an ideal way to start out in life. Evidently, Colby has wasted no time fretting about his unfortunate beginnings. He is much too happy enjoying life in the here and now. The vet agrees that Colby was most likely born around mid-March (right around St. Patrick's Day). Colby must of had the "luck of the Irish", and maybe an angel or 2 watching over him, because his story will have a much happier ending than most pups in similar predicaments. Colby has been to the vet for his shots, worming and exam. He will also be neutered in a few weeks. Our $250 adoption fee helps offset the cost of Colby's veterinary and foster care. This is one happy, healthy baby boy, who is growing like a weed. Guessing the mature weight of a young pup, particularly when the parents are unknown, is by no means an exact science. We think Colby will be around 60 to 65# when full-grown. This little man is a mixture of higher-energy breed dogs, so Colby is best-suited for an active household where he has an opportunity to get good and tired every day. We are also looking for an adopter who will participate with Colby in basic obedience classes, to help him successfully navigate his way through puppyhood, and become a well-behaved adult dog. Colby is a well-socialized pup, eager to make friends with adults, children, dogs and cats, so the more, the merrier in his permanent home. If you are ready for the big responsibility of puppy and promise to love this precious boy with the "Flying Nun ears" just as much when he is no longer little, please click on this link to complete our adoption application form today: Adoption Application
