WEIGHT

Hi Everybody. It's been a while since I have written in my diary, but not much has changed. Santa Dog came to visit and he brought me a lot of Greenies which I have successfully devoured. I am a little upset at mommy because she threatened to change my weight on my page after my vet indicated that I have slipped past 10 pounds slightly. Who does she think she is???? That is none of her business. Like everyone else, I might weigh a little more during the winter months due to a heavier coat and holiday snacks. Maybe I should call the DMV and notify them that mommies weight on her driver's license hasn't been accurate in a LOOOOOOOOOONG time try about 8 years!!!!

I love my mommy

I just wanted to take a second to let everyone know how much I love my mommy. She is the best and I am so proud of her. Recently she has been working very hard on her MBA and she has received A's on her first two classes (What good news!!!). On another note, I have been spending well deserved time at Grandma and Grandpa's house which is always way cool.

Back to School

Mommy mentioned that she was going back to school to start something called an MBA. I really don't understand why she is going because she has already mastered all of the good tricks such as roll over, sit, speak (she's really good at that one) and lay down. Silly mommy

MAD AT MOMMIE

I am a little upset at Mommie lately. This past weekend she went and got her mystic tan (spray on tan) and fell asleep next to me and proceededto make me brown!!! This has never happened before, and it will never happen again. I look like a very dirty dog that hasn't had a bath in weeks. I am hoping that eventually this stuff will wash out of my hair because it didn't the first tine. The other thing that I am mad about is that Mommie is helping her friend take of these massive newfoundlands that way over 200 pounds. All of her clothes smell so much like other dogs that I just want to puke!!!

Going to Grandmas

Today my mommy dropped me off at Grandma and Grandpa's because she said she was going out of town on business to Albuequerque, NM. I'm pretty excited because I get to see Chloe the papillon. The only pitfall is that Chloe does a lot bad things and then she tries to blame me. No worries... She will not get away with it this time.

I am so sorry I have not written anything in such a long time. My mommy has been really busy and I cannot get on the computer without her permission. I am a little sad because my neighbor Leader the black lab passed away recently, but I keep reminding myself that he lived a happy life. Other than that things are really, really well. I have my tricks so down pat that I do them before my mommy tells me to. Yesterday I saw that she was eating some McDonalds Fries so I sat, lifted my paw (shake), laid down then rolled over without being told!!!!
My mommy mentioned something about being a therapy dog because I have been asking her about it a lot lately. According to her I would not be allowed in at this point because I cannot walk on a loose leash. The fact that I cannot walk on a loose leash is NOT my fault. I just get really excited and I want to run ahead to say hello to everyone and make sure that everything ahead is safe for mommy.
Next week my mommy is going to New Mexico and Colorado on business so I get to stay at GRANDMAS!!! Hopefully my Grandma still doesn't think that I chewed the carpet in the corner because that was not me, it was Chloe (she get's away with everything. Well I better go. Talk to you later.

Doggie Talk

Still busy with Doggy School. I have mastered "high five", "gimme ten" and "raise the roof (woof)". I have even started rolling over before my mommie instructs me. She told me that I am telepathic (whatever that means). My big bad doggy birthday is coming up. We're planning a big bash over at my grandma's house and I even get my own doggie cake!!! Of course the humans will get their cake to and it will have a cute picture of me on it!!!! I am a little upset because I have been watching the animal planet and they always have little bios on breeds, but never Japanese Chins (what's up with that). I even had to watch a papillon one the other day with my papillon sister at g-mas and it was NOT fun. Maybe stuff on Japanese Chins is never played because they do not want to make other doggies jealous. Not everyone can be as cool as me and the other chins!!!!

Doggie School

My little brain is fried. My mother is making me do this little activity which she refers to as "school". We are learning how to shake (which I have mastered) and roll-over. I am finally starting to pick up on this who roll-over thing, but I've learned that the longer that I take to master a trick, the more treats I actually will get.
Christmas went well. The big man brought me lots of loot as well as my mommie's friends. Mommy got kind of upset because of all her friends gave me presents and not her. I got this really cute collar from Renee which I can spell out different words. I wanted to put "princess", but mommy said that was too many letters for my little neck so we settled on Lily.

BRRRRRRRRRRRR

BRRR it's getting cold outside. I walked outside this morning to go potty and it was 10 degrees. My mommy added a blanket to my bed in the kitchen, but I still prefer to hang out on the couch. Lately we have been preparing for Christmas. We put up the tree a couple of weeks ago and decorated it. I got in trouble for opening a present. Naturally I figured out what present under the tree was mine and I just started shreading!!! We also went the other day to get our picture taken with Santa. I think I handled Santa a little better than most of the dogs. I kept on howling at him (I howl when I am trying to talk to someone or when I am excited).

Christmas is coming

I cannot believe it is almost time for Christmas. My mommy went and got me a pretty stocking to hang above the fire place so Santa Dog can come and bring me treaties and toys. Nothing much has been happening lately, but I sense a big change, but I am not sure what it is. My mommy went to Joanne Fabrics and she is threatening to make me into Mrs. Clause for photos. I am taking it kind of as an insult because isn't Mrs Clause fat???
