Arrival Story: After my one and only child moved out, I knew I had to have me a Boxer. I had the empty nest syndrome going on and had wanted a Boxer for a while. Well, as luck would have it, the person I knew who raised Boxers just had a liter. I went to see them and instantly took to Jackson; however, Jackson was the pick of the liter and twice the price of the others and I am single and worried about how I would afford Jackson. The liter would be ready to leave the next day and I chose another dog because of the expense of Jackson and when I showed up to pick up my other pup, the owner came out with Jackson and I said I really can't afford Jackson and the owner said "I'd rather you have him for the price of the rest of the litter and love him than sell him to someone else for the price he is worth that I don't even know." I was estatic and we bonded immediately. I am a very friendly and outgoing person so our personalities were perfect for one another. He is like my child. I can't wait to get home each day from work to get smothered in kisses from my "babies." I started calling him that when he was a pup. He's the apple of my eye and I think he knows me better than I know myself. Needless to say, once you have a Boxer, you always have to have a Boxer.

Bio: Jackson is just a joy to have around. I can't imagine my life without him and don't want to. He has never met a stranger and is a 82 pound lap dog! He really gets a lot of compliments because of his unique coloring. He is what they call white mask, reverse brindle which comes off from a distance looking black and white. He's just a bundle of joy and always smiles.

I am very friendly, playful and energetic but am such a Momma's boy. I don't like her to put on shoes because I know she is fixing to go somewhere so I growl at her shoes and bite them as she is trying to get out of the house. Now she carries her shoes to the garage with her to put on so I won't chew and bark at them. I don't know what I will do now to keep her from going to work. I have a big fenced in back yard and I will go out there and run and play with Mommy but if she is inside then I am right on her heels. She gives me a kiss every morning when she leaves for work and when she gets home, I smother her in kisses. My Mommy loves me so much!
