I am looking forward to being a mama

My babies are here!!!

I wanted all to know that I had my babies today. I have 3 girls and 2 boys. Did I ever scare my mom. I went into labor yesterday at 5PM but didn't have any babies until 12:20 today. Mom thought I was going to have to go to the vet for surgery but thankfully I didn't have to. The first 2 I didn't even have contractions!!!!! Mom and Dad and all of my 4-legged bros and sisters tell me they are soooooo proud of me, they sure are cute.

My mom and dad tell me that within the next week to 10 days I should be having what they are calling "puppies". I'm not sure what they are but mom and dad are giving me all kinds of special treatment. A new bed with all kinds of blankets, hard boiled eggs with my dinner, extra treats etc etc etc. I think this is pretty special because all the humans I know are getting really excited. That is the good news, We had some bad stuff too. My mom got burned really bad with the water out of the car engine. The ambulance had to come and get her and take her away. She is doing good now but I sure was scared!
I will keep you all posted on the "puppy things" and will let you know all about them when they get here, I wonder how they are going to get here..............mmmmmmm?
