What a LONG day without momma!

My first teeth cleaning

Wow! What a day! I got all excited when momma came home from work early and said we were going for a ride. And then the ugly truth....I was being taken to the vet! And dropped off there too! The doctor knocked me out, yanked a tooth and cleaned my teeth.

Boy was I glad when momma came back to get me. I gave her kisses all the way home!

Back to Normal

Great news....the boxer is gone! Momma had some people come over and they took him with them when they left. I just hopped up on the couch, flopped down and let out a huge sigh of relief. I was really afraid he was staying!
Since then things have been great. We have made several trips to the dog park since we've had nice weather. There have been a few other dogs there that look like my sister Sassy but never any that look like me. I guess I'm one of a kind!
Speaking of Sassy, let me go see what she is up to....

As if Monday's aren't bad enough...

I'm a very unhappy doggie on Monday's. My mother spends all weekend with me and then all of a sudden the alarm clock goes off on Monday morning and she goes to work. To show my unhappiness with the situation I like to sit in my crate with my back to her while she gets ready. Ha, guess I showed her! To make matters worse my momma is going to college at night and on Monday's she goes right from work to school so I'm without her even longer. Lucky for me I have a little sister, Sassy who keeps me company. We do have fun because we have full run of the house and a doggie door with a fenced yard to play in.
Another situation that has me a little concerned is that about a week ago my mother brought home a boxer. I don't know what the deal is with that but I have been growling at him and trying to bite him. Sassy is afraid of him and I make sure he gets no where near her. I hope he is not a permanent fixture. Momma keeps saying she is trying to find a home for him but I'll believe it when I see it!
Well I'm tired and ready to go back to sleep and wait for Momma.
