anywhere there are a lot of people to give him love. He doesn't discriminate!

I am very good at making mommy not be mad at me. All it takes is one look.
Arrival Story:
Theodore and his two brothers (Alvin and Simon) were brought into a rural high-kill shelter after being abandoned on the side of a road. Luckily, a nice DC-based rescue found them and brought them into the city to be fostered until they were big enough to find forever homes. I had been thinking about getting a puppy for a while, but hadn't actively been seeking one out. However, one day I was walking home from the gym and I walked right past an adoption event at a local doggy boutique. I decided to walk through the sea of dogs who were waiting to be adopted, when suddenly I locked eyes with the most soulful brown puppy dog eyes I had ever seen. He came right up to me and sat at my feet, staring up at me. The second I picked him up, he licked my face. I knew then that he had claimed me as his new mom!
Bio:
Teddy may very well be the friendliest dog ever. We get comments all the time on what a sweet, even-tempered guy he is. He literally has to stop and say hi to EVERYONE (dogs, adults, children) on the street. He has yet to meet a dog or human that he doesn't love. He was clearly born to love, and uses every chance he gets to show the world what a sweetheart he is. I am truly blessed to have this special guy in my life!
