Arrival Story:
My new owners found me on the web page of N.O.A.H., a Snohomish County animal shelter. She thought I looked cute, so she came to check me out in person with my new "sister" (the human version). When she saw me in my doggie suite I just looked at her and wagged my big tail. She came up to the glass and put her hand in the hole to pet me, all I did was gently lick her hand... I liked her so much I just laid my head in her hand and she couldn't pull it out! She told the volunteers that she wanted to visit me in my suite. So they let her in.... and I let her know how much I loved her! She crouched down to get face to face with me and I gave her a BIG bear hug and kiss, knocking her over and sending her sunglasses flying in the process!! They took me for a walk (well, I took THEM for a walk) where I introduced them the fine art of eating flys! They spent over 2 hours hanging out with me. She didn't want to leave for fear of someone else adopting me but she had to bring her husband in to meet me and make sure he and I got along as well. The next day she brought him back, and boy did I like him!! I tried to give him a hug as well but he was still standing so I didn't knock him over, he seemed to like me and so he asked my new owner if she was sure that I was what she wanted and she excitedly said YES! I was soooo happy I wagged my tail and ran around!!! So they went and filled out all the addoption papers. I knew she really wanted me because she was all ready with a brand new collar and leash!!! And now I am in my forever home!!

Bio:
I was found as a stray in Tonaskit (sp?) a town in Eastern Washington (state) the shelters are full there so the shelter brought me to the shelter in Stanwood.
