Arrival Story:
Katie and her brother Blue were rescued from a neglectful situation. I've had them about three and a half years and in the first few months, Katie gained about 25 lbs. I'd always wanted a doberman and I got two. They're the best dogs ever!
Bio:
Katie passed away 12/26/2007. She had been slowing down for the last year but went downhill quickly (less than a week) and was to the point where she could not stand. The doctor said everything looked fine, blood, heart, etc. Her best guess was that she had a tumor near her spine and it was affecting her neurologically.
