New photos... WHERE ARE THEY?????

Mom took us out for a romp this afternoon. We all added some new photos but for some reason, MINE and only mine won't show up!!! It says they are there, but they are sure invisible to me and to Mom.
Can anyone else see them??? Mom even took them off and then tried again but the same thing happened. They are supposed to be the third and fourth ones on my page.

The Winter blahs....

Tonight I have the winter blahs...it is too cold outside for doing anything and Toto is bugging me in the house. He misses Jenny, I guess, and he wants to play with me and I do not want to play with him!!! I am trying to convince Mom to hold me in my favorite place up on the desk but she is not convincing. I keep going over and putting my feet up on her and she keeps ignoring me. Mean Mom!!! All I want to do it sit up there and watch her type, it's not like she has to pat me or anything like that. (I know it's impossible for her NOT to pat me if I'm up there, hehehe)
Anyway, I am thinking there are only two good things to do on a cold, Winter night. One is to eat and eat and eat, and the other is to sleep and sleep and sleep. Mom finally did pick me up so I am now yawning and closing my eyes to try and convince her it's time for bed. Beanie and Toto and Georgie are racing all around the house, barking. Harvey is watching them and following a bit... he wants to play, too, but he's a little too sore tonight. Hey, cool, Georgie just beat up Beanie!!!! I sure raised that girl right!!! She is half his weight and he went running and crying to Mom... what a woosie he is!
Well, Mom has decided it is now dark enough to go to bed, YES!!! Catch ya all later.

Some nice, soft snow.........

Today Mom is spending the day with us poor, neglected dogs! We decided to go for a run in the new snow. It was so bright outside that I had to shut my eyes and squint so I could see. I noticed Mom was squinting, too! Anyway, it was pretty nice outside. Unlike the last time we went out, this snow was soft and fluffy. I didn't even have to wait for Toto to make us some paths.
I had a pretty good time out there... I explored my caves and also explored way over along the fence line. Sometimes the birds get good food from our neighbors and take it over to our trees to eat it and it falls down into the snow. I only found a tiny piece of suet today, but it was pretty good!
Now it's cloudy again so we are trying to convince Mom that she needs to take a nice, long nap!!! She's not convincing very well.

Sorry I doubted???????

Gee, pals, I am sorry I doubted that you all loved me! I got plenty of visits and tonight I got a great bullystick for my very own. All the other dogs have to watch me eating it! Mom did put me in my crate, but that's fine, I can enjoy it more when I don't have to protect it from being stolen!!! I am going to chew on it right up until bedtime, then Mom will put it away and I can have it again tomorrow night! Silly Beanie ate his all at once last night!
Anyway, thank you all very much for the visits... and the nice comments, too! I appreciated them all and I will never doubt my pals again!!!

Hey, are you forgetting me??????

Hey, pup pals... the other night when I wrote about finally, maybe hitting two thousand visitors Beanie and I needed exactly the same amount of visits to make our goals. Well, I am not so happy tonight!! I had to watch while Beanie enjoyed his new prize of a bully stick since he acheived his goal of 4500 this morning AND I AM STILL WAITING!!!!
I am sadly admitting that you all love him more than me. I was pretty sure Mom did, but I thought I still had some pals out in the dogster world. Oh well, hopefully I will be eating my bully stick tomorrow while Beanie watches me!

If the same dogsters visit my page that visit Beanies page I will hit 2,000 visitors at the same time as he hits 4500!!
I think you should all visit my page and NOT his, that would serve him right, huh? He's a big shot! I like bully sticks, too.

A Christmas walk...ugh!!!

Mom took us out on our traditional Christmas walk today. It was nasty out there and we did not enjoy ourselves too much! I knew we were in trouble when I looked out the window... at 2 PM it looked like it was 4:30 or even later. It was dark and cloudy and dam(p) cold. Bet you thought I was going to use that other word, huh??? We went along to the big labrador yard cuz it was too hard to get down to the big yard. Since Mom hadn't opened the gate to that yard, I was surprised it would even open... there was snow and ice all around the bottom of it. But, sadly, it has a snow gate so the main gate still opened and off we went. We started out running as we usually do. The path down was fine, about 8 inches of snow but it was soft and we plowed right on thru it. Once we got past that part it was nasty! There was a HARD crust on top of that snow and it almost supported our weight. Almost is worse than didn't support us. We would take a few steps and crunch, our leg would fall thru and down we would go. Beanie tried to spread out his toes like snowshoes, but it was too little, too late. I decided it was best to just stand in one place and watch the others.
Toto was kind of surprised that none of us ran from him. Usually he chases us and tries to make us scared. Today we just stood and watched him run by. At least he enjoyed his Christmas walk!!! I enjoyed the nap afterward, but... by mistake I chewed a hole in the bed spread... Mom was not happy, even with it being Christmas and all. I wonder if Santa ever comes on Christmas night and takes back our presents?????

We are thankful that we have met so many wonderful dogs here and that we are all friends and enjoy each other's company. We have enjoyed the "real" visits we've had and hope to have many more in the coming year. We have enjoyed reading everyone's diaries and are glad that we aren't the only "naughty AND nice" pups in the world.

Sorry, Yuji......

It seems there was a terrible blizzard up the Eastern coast this past weekend. Well, aside from a few clouds it was fine up here in NH. The weatherman said that it was too cold to fall as snow, something about the cold air being so dry that the snow evaporated before it fell out of the sky. Dunno about all that, but it didn't snow here.
We would like to extend our condolences to all of you snowbound dogs, especially our friend Yuji, on Lawn Guyland... apparently his lawn is no more, it is now a glacier filled snow field. An evening on the runway....

Last night Skye was pretty bored. She made all us dogs model lots of clothes she found in the dog closet. Mom put the photos of me on my page for your perusal. I didn't get as many as Toto and Beanie, cuz they are Skye's favorites!! And, most of my little feminine dresses Mom bought for me are now too small after having two children. As all you pawrents with children know, it does tend to broaden your waist!!!!
