So my mom eventually let him in but soon after said we had to take him to the pound. I convinced her that I needed him. =) About a year later my brother's dog Sadie passed away so he gives him comfort now.

He is 60% German Shepherd and 40& Rottweiler! Possibly 30% Rottie and 10% Chow Chow!

My Prayer

Jehovah God, I come to you in this prayer to ask you some questions. Will it be the same....when he is gone? When I am king? When I am leader? When I must show the other dogs and the new puppies right from wrong? Will it ever be the same again? I do not know.... Maybe I am not fit to be king, but everyone says that I am....we'll just have to wait and see. They samy I'm wise, they say I'm smart, they say I will make a good leader....but who wants a sad leader? Buffy is my best friend and I don't know how I am going to live without him. Please let me heal when he is gone, let me be as great as him. In the name of Christ Jesus, Amen.

Abandonment From A Dogs Point Of View (so sad) ****please- read****

There are different types of abandonment----------1)You never think of it unil it happens. Your master takes your favorite toy and leads you in the car. You don't know what will happen do you? He throws your favorite toy and you play fetch together. Then he throws it once more. Farther then usual but you don't mind, you go to get it. When you come back what do you see? You don't see your master do you? No. All you see is your car driving away. 2)You sit at home and your master puts your leash on. You think you are going for a walk don't you? Well your not. Your master sets you on the side of the street and tells you to stay. He tells you that he'll be back, but will he? No, he doesn't want you anymore. He walks away never to be seen by you again. 3)You master puts you in the car. He tells you that you two are going for a nice ride together. Your not. There are two ways he could do this. He will either open the door and set you down, or drop you out the window. Either way he is just going to leave you right after you hit the ground. 4)You sit at home every day waiting for your master to get home don't you? Remember the last day he was there? He said, " I am going shopping I will be back in a few hours! Ok?" He never came home did he? Did you notice all his things are gone? How you never here his phone ring anymore? His friends never come over anymore do they? He left you. He abandoned you. He either didn't want you anymore or couldn't take care of you. But think for just a minute....if he really cared about you....wouldn't he at least taken you to the shelter or give you to a friend if he couldn't take care of you anymore? He would wouldn't he? Yes....he would have....but he didn't. 5)No dog would ever expect this. Your master lets you outside. You go do your business, bury a bone, bark at a squirrel, chase the neighbors cat. It seems like a normal day right? Well what do you think happens when you go to scratch at the door? That's one lets you in. Why? They don't want you to come in. They are not going to give you food or water or shelter. They have abandoned you.----------Now, there are different ways an animal could react to abandonment.----------1)Just run and never stop. 2)Find a new home that will love you. 3)Take care of yourself. 4)Let the dog catcher take you away. 5)Wait for your beloved master who will never return.----------You see why we animals do not like abandonment? A person who doesn't care would say: "Oh they have no feelings, they can take perfectly good care of themselves! Who cares?" A person who cared would say: "They have feelings, they need us to lend a helping hand to them. We must stop this!!!!" Who knows, some of us may not have feelings. Does that mean we can't learn how to love? We are able to take care of ourselves! Does that mean we don't need any help at all? Most of us do have feelings! Does that mean we must learn to feel less? Most of us do not think we need a helping hand! Does that mean we can't take one if offered?----------Please help stop abandonment!!!! I was one of the lucky few who were rescued. Most of us were rescued and have good homes now. For many, help came too late. With everyones help we have a chance to stop this!!!! Please help abandoned pets around the world please!!!! ----Rosco Boaz Carpenter(a rescued mutt)
