Arrival Story:
Princess began her life when she was dropped off at Bird Frenzy Rescue in New Palestine, IN (Indianapolis). I saw her snuggly face on Pet Finder and had to go see her. I made a visit to the rescue to play with her. I found out a little bit of her history: Her mother is a Boxer, who got out one day and mingled with the boys in the neighborhood. They thought that Daddy is a Shar Pei, although we also suspect lab. As a result Princess and her brothers and sisters came along unexpectedly. She was the only one that got dropped off at this rescue when she was about 4 weeks old. Luckily there was a female white Boxer and a litter of pups also at the rescue. They placed Princess in with the mother, and she took Princess in and shared her milk. Princess had step brothers and sisters to play with that were almost her same age. She was weaned from her Step-Mom at 7 weeks, and She was spayed at 8 weeks (the day before I met her). What a bundle of joy she was. I left a deposit and decided to wait a week. I realized when I left that I could not live without her, so I was back the next week to bring her home.
