Baby Girl...

I almost don't want to write this to you Cheyanne but I think you already know sweetheart. Your baby boy Dozer will be making his journey to the most beautiful place in the world tonight...Right next to you sweetheart. I shouldn't be crying because I know you are there for him but we just weren't ready pup. I don't know if we ever were. Not for you or Lucy Kitty to leave us either.

Our hearts are broken pup but I know yours must be so full to be able to be with Dozer again. He waited and watched for you every day for so long when you left.. I wish I could see how happy he will be to see you and Lucy again... She was his kitty anyway.

Please take care of him pup... I know he will be scared at first but once he gets settled in he will learn to watch over all of us with you and Lucy Kitty.

Watch over Sasha Chey, she is going to be so lost and lonely, she and Dozer are so close and she doesn't understand he has to leave.

Hey pup..

Yet again we reach that bittersweet day you went to the bridge 5 years ago. It seems like yesterday...

So very sad for Dad, Dozer & I but what a wonderful day for you to join the very best furends a pup could ever want.

I know you have made so many pals up there Chey... Every single one of them are so special to us.

I will always miss the quirky things you did that made us laugh so much, like putting yourself in the time out tub when we walked in the door, you had only chewed up a paper towel (that we know of) and the long Dock Jumps into the river to get that crazy stick you carried week after week and NEVER chewed. Dad would find a stick that was almost identical to yours.. But we could never fool you... You are simply smarter than all of us Cheyanne.

We are sad today but so very greatful you can be there for your kids now.. Shilo, Star and now Bob is there for you baby girl. As you well know Dozer is hanging on and is not ready to join you just yet but knowing you will be waiting for him brings so much comfort to us pup.

Go play Chey.. Play with all your friends and make sure to keep that Jet Ski clean.. You never know when Rosie will be looking to ride with you again... (If Ever :O)..... And.. for goodness sakes sweetie... Don't dump her again. Boy..did that ever lead to excitement last time...

we will always love you pretty girl.. Take care of your babies and look in on Lucy Kitty and Kittybutt from tine to time will ya..

Help needed in Maryland- Anyone?

BARCS in Baltimore City is located on the water's edge--since the hurricane is supposed to hit Maryland pretty hard, the building/dogs/cats are at risk. They very badly need people to take them (in crates) for a few days to prevent them from harm.

If you can take a dog (and make them a priority in case there is any chance of YOUR evacuation) into your home for a few days. Thank you Bob for not making your family make the hard decision to let you go later down the road. You chose to go on your own terms.

Cheyanne you are getting your babies back one by one. Please keep Shilo, Star and now Bob safe and close to you. Teach Bob that special thing you do, teach him to paint beautiful rainbows in the sky for his family. They are heartbroken sweetheart... So to Marty, Debbi and AJ we are so very sorry.

We are so thankful to you for giving Bob the loving home he so deserved..In return it was crystal clear the love he returned every single day.

I remember the day he chose you all...He jumped right up on that swing and laid next to AJ. That was the first day of the best life a dog could ask for and there was no looking back..

We will miss you Bobby.. We love you...

I miss so many things about you Cheyanne, but especially, your sweet kisses at bedtime. It became a ritual that I will never forget. Dozer and Sasha try but there are none sweeter than yours baby girl..

So many of your pals recognized and remembered your special day.. To all of them...We say thanks and will get to each and every one of you...

For now little girl, take care of all the pups & Kitties that didn't have anybody..show them what LOVE really looks like... be there for them Cheyanne, just as you were always there for Dad and I.
