Arrival Story:
Luke was a birthday present for me - a complete surprise. He was 8 weeks old and I took one look at those ears and eyes and fell in love - xoxoxox

Bio:
Luke had a wonderful life full of love. He loved to run with his nose to the ground for miles and miles. There were many search "parties" throughout the years when he escaped out the door or out of the yard that were not so much fun... He loved to sneak on the bed and have a nap. Luke loved car rides and especially loved going to see his NaNa. He became known as the traveling dog in our family because he moved from Texas to NJ, NJ to Utah and eventually back to Texas with us. Luke was known for his LOUD "welcomes" to all family members and friends that came to our home. Luke was not very happy when Abbey or Cooper (our children) came along, but learned to love each of them. Six years ago, we got a Boxer puppy named Ginger. Luke was not happy about this addition to the family either, but they became very close. Ginger kept Luke active and forced him to run and play. Luke in turn taught Ginger how to bay like a hound. Luke was 15 when he got his angel wings. He will always be my first baby.............
