Arrival Story:
Strider was born just before Hurricanes Katrina & Rita, right in their path, in Mississippi. His family there couldn't keep him (or his litter mates) due to property damage. So we found him in an internet search for "homeless" pups. He flew (what a brave little guy) to New Hampshire and arrived the evening of a snowstorm!! What an introduction to his new home ! Strider is still not very fond of snow. Anyway, it was a tough adjustment to a new family in snowy New Hampshire, so we got him a companion ~ our long-haired female ~ Arwen.
