Arrival Story: Buster came into our lives when Rio, our cockapoo of 13 years got really sick and we had to put him down. That was one of the hardest things I ever had to do. I miss that dog soooo much. It was a year later and many dogs viewed, I decided to get another dog. I went to see some puppies and there were two left. Watching them play was so funny, but when the little boy noticed me standing there he went and sat on his sisters head as if to say, look at meee. Where ever I went his eyes were on me. I exited the building and went home, all the while thinking of that puppy. All though the night I tossed and turned in wonder of what it would be like to have another dog in the house. The next day at work I often thought of the puppy and couldnt get him off my mind. On my way home I went to see if he was still there, and much to my surprise he was. The lady remembered me from the day before, asked if I wanted to see him? I said, "no, just looking". Twenty minuets later she asked again, I said, yes. The puppy run around the room, then went and sat in the corner looking at me. I held out my harms and he ran over to me licking my face and hands. I said to the lady, I think I can love this dog. You see, I always wanted a cocker spaniel. Buster had to stay there for a few more days but the lady said she would hold him for me. Fear of him being sold to someone else, I paid for him and went home.
I told my daughter, Amanda about him and how cute he was, she immediately wanted to see him. When we arrived, there was sold sticker on the glass for the male puppy. My daughter started to cry. The lady took the puppy out and said, here is your puppy, while passing him to Amanda. Looking at me with watery eyes, I said, he's yours I paid for him, Amanada's tears quickly turned joyful ones.
Buster is a wonderful English Cocker Spaniel and he's also my pup pal.
