Arrival Story:
We heard about a Pug who had been seen at a house where the abusive owners were in jail for drug offenses. They left him in the yard with no food or water. After being in a couple of foster homes, we decided we would be his permanent family.
Bio:
Frank is flourishing with the help of his big, baby brother, Henry. They play tug several times a day and enjoy hanging out together. He is still very attached to his Mama, he doesn't like to let her out of his sight, but he is steadily gaining confidence.
