Arrival Story:
Tuffy was trained as a Service Dog 9 years ago and has been with me since. Sorry he doesn't like people seeing his quit white face, so you get a younger picture for now. Maybe I can talk him into a recent one. He is recently semi-retired in favor of just be a dog on 10 acres in Montana. He now shares the place with Timber, his recent replacement. They are both a total Joy and without them I would experience a great loss both from their work and their constant support, friendship, love and attention.

Bio:
TUFFY no longer works and therefore rarely wears his harness/vest. He just like to ride along with us. What a life. He is, however, one of the best of TIMBER's Trainers. What a guy

Glacier, My Favorite Place

We just got back from my favorite place in Glacier National Park. Dad says we might as well have been somewhere in the Alps. You can take a boat trip up the lake or go further in and walk to some really neat places in the mountains at the end. I don't get to far from The Old Gimpy these days and Timber won't. It takes longer to get places these days but its worth it. This trip was the 4th or 5th for us. It's further from home than some cause its on the east side and we live a ways west but wow. For those of you that are In Service they Love us there. No problems. Everybody in the park MUST be on a lesh but there are lots of places on the way for really great runs. He just sits and watches most times but I guess he likes watching us pay.

Hi everyone, I am Tuffy (Formally Mister TUFF). I've been taking care of The Old Gimpy Guy for 9 of my over 11 years now. We got this new kid, Timber, to take over and give me a break. I LUUV IT. He's pretty good and real smart but I still have to teach him a few trick he doesn't know about. Like wait at the door till dad fixes breakfast and don't coming till he calls. Don't get me wrong, the Old Gimpy isn't a Grump or anything, he just needs the room to move around. For a Young guy, Timber sure caught on fast. Well now life is REALLY GOOD, more sack time and all I usually have to do is go along for the ride. THATS GREAT. It was getting harder to BRACE 185 lbs. Thats for younger guy. All for now, I fell a nap comin' on.
