Arrival Story:
Baci was first adopted by his former owner ( a Veternarian) when he was brought in by the breeder because they wanted him put down as it would cost too much to fix his broken leg when he was thrown over a fence by a neighbor and he broke his leg. He was around 10 months old. The Vet would not do that and said she would take care of the leg and keep him so the breeder let him go to her. He is around 5 yrs. now and The Vet just moved to a town about 30 min away and came from Boston. A new practice and many other rescues and a new baby made it difficult for Baci to get the love and attention he needed. Through my best friend who went to the new vet, I heard that Baci was up for adoption. Meeting with the Vet and her family and Baci proved to be the best thing for all of us and that is how Baci came to be with us.

I have only been here 4 days but I am so happy. I love my new mom and all the attention from her and my new brother. I love my cat brother Mahjongg too he is so nice. I am looking forward to a wonderful life here.
