Arrival Story:
I was supposed to only foster sadie when I brought her home. I had just adopted Jay, my gsd, a month before. A friend of mine had two unexpected litter (although when you have two unspayed, and 1 unneutered male I don't know why you would think there would be no puppies!) We found homes for all 9 pups except Sadie. She got returned because she was too active. Sadie was sooo cute as a pup. She was the runt and fit in the palm of my hand. The vet thought she would be small, less than 20 pounds....b oy was he wrong. I guess she thought she had to catch up to Jay, 80 pound gsd. She grew into a big cocker, 32 pounds.

Sadie is a sweet girl. She is not the brightest star in the sky....but what she lacks in brains she makes up for in love. Sadie gets shaved down during the warm weather. her favorite activities are walking and laying spread eagle on the kitchen floor
