The hidden dangers of open dog parks

Ok for all you chiwawas out there this is a warning... never go to open dog parks. Yes this is weird but there is a reason... HAWKS! At this dog park a chiwawa got picked up and taken away by a hawk and it probably got eaten. So beware really small dogs.

My birthday

Yesterday was my birthday, thanks dogster for giving me a present... but i am sad because none of my friends gave me anything for my birthday.

A day at the dog park (my 3rd entry today)

I told you earlier that I was going to the dog park today, so heres how it went!
So I was expeciting a big open field with lots of cute doggie stuff but what I got was a lot different. It was just an old softball field, noting special, but it was fun! I made some new friends. I met Lala, a chiwawa ( I cant spell that) , Bella the boxer, Captian Awesome a yorkie, wrinkles a sharpei, and my friend Gabby was there! She is in my earlier entries. So I walked aroud and played a bit and then we left for some lunch, we went to panera and momma got patato soup. Then we went to Gabb's house. When we got there momma let me down cause she didnt need to carry me inside. When I walked in Gabby's momma's cat was standing in the door way. Then it attaked me. I was all cryish and stuff so Gabby went after it for me. due to the fact Gabbs is a doberman she won the war agnist the evil kitty. Then during lunch I was enjoying sitting with momma while we were eating lunch (they were feeding me tukey, bread and soup) and the evil kitty showed up. So I went all growly on her and eventually she walked away. I was so fierce! So after lunch we went out on the golf course! Mommy let me off leash in this giant field. Then me and Gabby were playing chase with our mommys. Her mom would hold Gabby while my momma ran in the other direction and then she would let go and me and Gabby went chaseing after momma. Mom said I looked funny cause when i was running I looked like a prancing bunny. Then on our way back, there were some ducks in the middle of the golf corse pond. Gabby wanted these ducks so she jumped in after them but the water was cold so she got out. It was funny!
Now I am all tired and sleepy so I gotta go!

How many dogs does it take to change a light bulb?



1. Golden Retriever: The sun is shining, the day is young, we've got our whole lives ahead of us, and you're inside worrying about a stupid burned out bulb?



2. Border Collie: Just one. And then I'll replace any wiring that's not up to code.



3. Dachshund: You know I can't reach that stupid lamp!



4. Rottweiler: Make me.



5. Boxer: Who cares? I can still play with my squeaky toys in the dark.



6. Lab: Oh, me, me!!!!! Pleeeeeeeeeze let me change the light bulb! Can I? Can I? Huh? Huh? Huh? Can I? Pleeeeeeeeeze, please, please, please!



7. German Shepherd: I'll change it as soon as I've led these people from the dark, check to make sure I haven't missed any, and make just one more perimeter patrol to see that no one has tried to take advantage of the situation.



8. Jack Russell Terrier: I'll just pop it in while I'm bouncing off the walls and furniture.



9. Old English Sheep Dog: Light bulb? I'm sorry, but I don't see a light bulb!



10. Cocker Spaniel: Why change it? I can still pee on the carpet in the dark.



11. Chihuahua : Yo quiero Taco Bulb. Or 'We don't need no stinking light bulb.'



12. Greyhound: It isn't moving. Who cares?



13. Australian Shepherd: First, I'll put all the light bulbs in a little circle...



14. Poodle: I'll just blow in the Border Collie's ear and he'll do it. By the time he finishes rewiring the house, my nails will be dry.


How many cats does it take to change a light bulb?

Cats do not change light bulbs. People change light bulbs. So, the real question is:



'How long will it be before I can expect some light, some dinner, and a massage?'

ALL OF WHICH PROVES, ONCE AGAIN, THAT WHILE DOGS HAVE MASTERS, CATS HAVE STAFF!

Still a sickypoo

Well almost every night since I ate some of dat yummy choclate I been throwin up, so If It happens again to night then I gots to gos to the vet. Its nothing contagious so today I am going to the dog park for the first time which is pretty sad considering I am six (almost 7) years old. Oh and for my 7th birthday I am gonna have a big birthday party! Mommas getting me a cake from my favorite doggie boutique Dog City Bakery! I is gonna have all my friends over and Its gonna be lots of fun!

I've been a naughty fuzzy

Last night I was a very naughty fuzzy. Momma was making valentines for her friends, and when she left the room I kinda ate the yummy choclate. When momma got back it was all gone and she freaked out. Well a few minutes later, she was watching me and I started to act funny. When I walked into a nother room she followed me. Then I made some barf all over the carpet. I made a lot. Now there is a biggie full stain on the carpet. Well now I am ok, but I am still a bit sick. I'm all sad and stuff. I also gained some weight, but I is going to the dog park on monday so I might burn a few pounds. For now lets hope I'm gonna be ok, and this little incident dosent take a few years off my life!

Magical happy day!

Guess what? I got a hair cut so I is not fuzzy anymore. I can now run around in those cute little clothes mommy got me for chrsitmas! I also have cute little bows in my ears. I feel so unloved lately havnt been getting pmail or anything? Also I needs to get my selfs a man. Who wants to be my valenting?

Little Miss Naughty Makes Her Great Escape

Yesterday, mommy's sister let me out side to go potty. Then she LEFT me out there so I thought I would do a little exploring! I would be back for dinner though. So I had been exploring for a little bit and then mommy sees me. She just runs to me all cryish and hugs me and then guess what! She yells at me, she was all like you know better than that and you scared me and stuff like that. OMD I WAS JUST EXPLORING! Whats the problem?
So then this morning mommy let me out yet again. This time she keept a really good eye on me. But she was no mach for my super speed! So mom chased me through the almost the ENTIRE neighaborhood in her red abercrombie pajamas. She would no give up! Then one of her friends tried to grab me but he stepped on my paw. I yelped and everything, but mommy didnt care! I was injured! She scooped me up and took me home. She was really angry, that is until I gave her the puppy eyes. Then she let me get on dogster! Thats no even the worst part! Mom bought this thing called a birdhouse that makes this high piched noise every time I bark! Maby thats why I run away! (Hint to mommy)

Someday my prince will come

Someday your prince will come, mine just took a wrong turn and is too stubborn to ask for directions. Yes, I am STILL single. Hope my prince charming comes sooner. I am so tired of waiting for him!
