Arrival Story:
I had lost my other K-9 companion, a Springer Spaniel, and I was so lost without the company of my dog. I waited an appropriate time to mourn my loss, then found an add for a Golden Retriever, which was always one of my favorite dogs. She has been a loving and gentle companion ever since.
Bio:
When Sadie was very young, my son, who was a very avid wrestling fan, taught Sadie how to wrestle. He never hurt her, but they practiced moves all the time. Sadie will always initiate a fight with him, by pawing at him, or jumping at him, to get a fight started. As soon as my son picks her up to do a move, she puts her head on his shoulder and looks sad, so he puts her down, and she starts all over again. She is a tricky girl. Loves the attention, and wrestling.
