Best Tricks: she has learned to bay just like a hound from her beagle brother- Luke; jumping up in the air when she is happy- she can have all f our feet off the ground and jump as high a mans shoulders!
Arrival Story: We were lucky to bring Ginger home from a breeder when she was 8 weeks old - we had done some reading on Boxers and liked that they were family dogs and loved children. The book also stated that they were suppose to be a "quiet" breed. Someone should have told us that when you raise a Boxer with a Beagle that the Boxer ends up acting and vocalizing like a Beagle! It is very funny to see her get all her rolls and lips into the exact position so that she can bay with our hound!
Bio: Ginger has been a wonderful addition to our family, she is
gentle and protective of the kids when strangers are around.
But if you are welcome visitor to our home, she is an instant friend.
She has also helped to her keep her 15 yr old Beagle brother young, by forcing him to run, play and roughhouse each day!
