This November I turned a year old. What a year it has been. I am very happy with my quite life with Miss Penny and my humans. I didn't stay small for long. I am now 75lbs big and still growing. I think this next year I will work on getting buffed.
I am very much a home body. Even when I go to the dog park I bulldog watch. I sit by my human and watch was is going on. Whereas Miss Penny is very social and visits everyone. She can do all the visiting for the family. I perfer to keep tabs on my human. I figure if anyone wants to visit me (and they do) they can come to me. I'll let them pet me and fuss over me but I am staying put.
My favorite part of going to the dog park is heading home and stopping by McDonalds and getting my plain hamberger. Once I am home I take a nap.
My favorite activity is going out to the garage/front yard area with my human to view the what is happening in the neighborhood. I watch Miss Penny play fetch. I like to chew up toys not chase them.
I do have to say Miss Penny has been wonderful to show me the ropes when I first joined this family. I learned to bark when I need to go outside, scratch my metal bowl when I am hungry or thirsty. She keeps me company and plays with me. It would be a lonely life without her. Every family should have two bulldogs.
