Arrival Story:
I rescued Zoey from a shelter. She was a very quite pup as cute as can be. Two days after haveing her home she was hospitalized for an uper respatory infection. When she returned home she was all but quiet. lol. But we loved her. My dad had just passed away in May and having this new baby who was very needy was exactly what I needed to start my healing process. Immediatly following her illness she got the mange, then worms. Thought we were never going to get through with all her illnesses. Now she is almost 2 and is healthy and beautiful she is the love of our lives. We have since adopted a male Border mix and a week ago found a male chihuahua (?) in the IHop parking lot. This baby is barely weened and apparently someone just abandoned him. So now he is home with us getting spoiled rotten.
