Birthday: April 14th 1999 Likes: mom, dad, and granny... being loved on, and traveling the world! Pet-Peeves: Lila Rae trying to steal my things, Lila Rae sticking her face in my face, Lila Rae barking, licking my collar..did I mention Lila Rae?, being left by mom for any amount of time, thunder, puppies who annoy me, and kids that move too fast around me! Favorite Toy: I like things to chew. Favorite Food: Anything really, especially things I can't have but fall on the floor! I am currently eating the NB venison formula.! Favorite Walk: anywhere! I love to go on walks and to bike ride (in my bike trailer), or in mom's bike basket. Best Tricks: I can sit, stay, play dead, make a cute begging face, look pathetic when mom and dad leave, and eat.. what? That's not what you meant ; ) Arrival Story: I came home in July 1999 when Mom went on a family vacation to Gatlinberg, Tennessee when she was 12 and came home with me! My old owner could no longer afford to care for me and brought me to a Grocery Store to find me a suitable home. Luckily mom and her family were shopping for groceries to stock up their cabin! Mom's Daddy said she could have me! I was her first chi.. but she seems to think I may have another breed in me somewhere, but that doesn't seem to bother her.
She must sure think i'm something because she's since added two more chis to our family (I'm just saying) : ) Bio: Mom says I am just GREAT. Ever since I was a young pup, leaving my home state of Tenn, I was a laid back girl. I rode all the way home to Louisiana in the car very patiently to my forever home : ) I love to hang around with mom and dad.. mom says I am EXTREMELY mellow, pretty polite, and mostly quiet.. unless mom tries to leave me ..especially with thunder! I am super happy just hanging with mom and watching some tv! I love to catch some sun and I also love to go for my walk. Mom says I make her laugh because I am such an Oddball ! (is that good ? ) I love to cuddle and mom says that I may think I am human : ) I love to travel. I've been several places in my old age and I think my favorite is the beach.. although the smoky mountains were fun! We've recently moved to Wilmington, NC and I'm loving it!

Okay so Harley and Lila Rae just got a great new car seat that lets them look out of the window at all the people and cars, and now i want one!! I am usually higher on the seat than them! Now I am not and this is just not fun. Mom said she ordered me one after she saw how great it was!
Mom says mine should be delivered today so I am veryy happy.

Its been a little while so i want to update my doggie diary.
Since my last blog, i was diagnosed with an upper respitory infection from darn hurricane gustav. We ended up at a NEW vet in Mississippi on our way back home and she totally freaked me out!
Since then, I am fine and most everything is back to normal around our area.
Right now I think something must have scratched my EYE !! Mom says I look like i need a patch. She also mentioned something about the VET if it doesn't get better in a day or so. Oh man- i needa heal this thing ! : )
well I'm in tenn sooner than I thought! Hurricane gustav drove us away from home to Memphis the home of elvis! There are so many doggies here u would not beleive. Mom said this is a great thing! We hopefully are headed home tomorrow bc I'm not used to being up on the 9th floor of anything. I will update everypup when we return. Right now the hurricanes eye is 15 miles from home .....
