Saw Eagles, an Otter, Then I Was A Very Bad Boy.

Dear diary, I have another ear infection, POOH by the way. I am on new antibiotics and they are making me a little more sleepy. Mom and I went out to our swing seat a few minutes ago and we were sitting there relaxing. Mom noticed something on one of the palm trees that looked like they are green coconuts. Mom said she doesn't have any idea what they are but is going to find out. Anywho, when she was looking at the tree she noticed two Bald Eagles sitting in a tree next door, holy wow, can you imagine! It was so cool that mom grabbed her camera and is hoping that at least one of the pictures came out. We saw the otter today in the lake too. Otters look silly bobbing in and out of the water! We saw a flock of ducks fly by us over the lake too. It was real nice out there..... until.....

I was all kinds of comfy snuggling next to mom when I saw it..... a cat came under the fence from next door to do it's business in our yard..... Since no one lives in the other apartment still I was off leash..... I was watching the cat real close...... Then it happend.... I FLEW off that swing seat and tore after that cat all the way to the pool and knocked it right in.... Did that stop me.... NOPE... I kept barking and trying to get that cat... Mom was NOT happy and was right on my tail right away and got me away so that the cat could get out and run home. Yup, I am in BIG trouble now. Mom knows that I can't stand cats, but she never knew just how much until today. I am thinking that the cat will do it's business in their own yard from now on though. For anyone that doesn't know already, when I was a baby the place that mom got me from had cats and the people used to let them eat the fur off our tails. I had hardly any fur on mine when mom brought me home and I have not liked any since. Gotta go, mom said that I have to go to my room now. :(

Wow Binx, Eagles ! That is so cool. We just have regular bird's and Vultures here. Of course I have cat's in my family. I do playfully chase some of them. Our youngest one Jerry even bring's toy's to me so we can play. Hope your ear get's better soon.

Hey there Pookah. Thanks for stopping by. It was the first time we saw Eagles by the lake and it was amazing! As for the kitties, you have one that brings you toys, wow! Mom has tried hard to get me to accept them around and I just seem to have a real hard time with that. Mom said that I have to be on the leash again even though there is no one living in the other apartment yet, Pooh... She said that I am NOT allowed to do that again....

There are a bunch of neighbor kitties that come under the fence to go potty all the time! I am hoping that the one told the rest to stay away. Mom is still not happy that I went nuts like that though. She almost jumped into the real deep end to get the kitty but grabbed me first so that it could make a run for it.
