Arrival Story:
I had just lost my Maltese, Snowie, and couldn't bear to come home to an empty house. I went to the shelter and Pepper was dog of the week. She was all smushed into this cage and she looked so unhappy. When they took her out she immediately begain kissing everyone around.

She has the most beautiful eye liner around her eyes.
