Arrival Story:
Our neighbors, who have since moved away, adopted Muffin, Coco's dad. We loved him so much that they decided to get Muffin a girlfriend, Chula. She had two litters of beautiful puppies and we took one from each litter. I actually helped deliver our youngest, Pepe, and now we don't know how we lived without them. They miss their family and still visit the home where they were born.
Bio:
Coco has a very rare condition that causes the conversion of protein to create painful bladder stones (calcium oxalate type). He is on a special prescription diet and cannot eat any protein but he loves fruit and vegetables. Umm celery, carrots, strawberries and grapes are his favorites. So if your dog suffers from this very rare condition, please let us know. Our vet said he has never seen bladder stones like the ones he surgically removed from Coco.
