Arrival Story:

Bio:
Opie looks so much like his brother Reggie. When the two of them are together I have to grab one and check the tip of the tail because Reggie has a few white hairs there and Opie does not. If they sit side by side its easier to tell them apart but I'm not sure if we can ever catch them sitting still at the same time!

WRONG DOG RETURNED

The New Dog

Oh, my gosh! They brought home a giant puppy - Josie- the Giant Schnauzer. She started smaller than myself but now she is bigger than me. We have a good time playing in our new backyard. We have a new kennel with lots of straw and a dog house. We love digging in the dirt under the deck off the house too. Sam, the Golden Retreiver who lives across the street, comes over to see us sometimes. He still thinks he owns this neighborhood, but there's a new Sheriff in town and I've brought the Outlaw Josie with me - ha ha!
Yeah, we're going to like our new home and new neighborhood.

the last picture is Opie and his brother Regie that lives with Aunt Susie, They get together and play almost every day. You can see why his Aunt sometimes brings back the wrong dog.

Aunt Susie's secret is out now. Seems when all six of us dogs are together it can be difficult to tell which dog is which (Reggie and Opie mainly). Aunt Susie uses flour with yellow food coloring in it - simply rubs it onto Reggie so she can quickly tell which one he is. Funny thing about this trick is it runs in the family. Opie's mom patted flour onto the family dog when she was a little girl - turned a black dachsund into a white one.
