I love my easy chair, the warmth of my bed and blanket, getting my teeth brushed, drinking lots of water, cozying up between my people on the sofa (even if there's no room)
Pet-Peeves:
the pesky little Jack Russell Terrier next door, anyone trying to take my toys away, getting my ears cleaned (I run at the sight of a Q-Tip!), Mom putting stickers on my head (see photo #3)
Favorite Toy:
my red Kong football or my new super Nylabone; Daddy also got me a new toy tire, since I ruin everything else
Favorite Food:
I LOVE bananas!, whole apples, pears, carrots, cucumbers, pizza crusts (no fooling me; I know what a pizza box is!), bread, Mommy's plants
Favorite Walk:
It doesn't matter; out is out. Although I do like to walk by houses that have cats looking out the window!
Best Tricks:
barking and mooing like a cow, devouring meals in 12 seconds or less, sneaking into my parents' bed in the middle of the night (they're too sleepy to kick me out) & punching visitors in the nuts (daddy taught me to punch, but I take liberties w/my target)
Arrival Story:
As a child, my hubby had always wanted a Doberman, but his Mom was not big on pets. So when we got married and bought a house, not only did we take his dog with us, but we also adopted this Doberman from the local pound. A neighbor had just gotten a dog from the pound and saw a Dobe there. The next morning, we made him ours (:
Bio:
Deuce seems to have come from a fine line of show dogs. Not only is he gorgeous, but he's also very well-mannered. His intelligence and general desire to please you are incredible. I pity the fool who makes the mistake of coming into our house unwelcomed because Deuce is the best guard dog ever. Once you do get to know him, you'll quickly realize he's the biggest baby ever (: He also has some very squeezy paws.
