Making it thru 4th of July

Well I made it thru, with flying colors I might say. The smell bothered mom but I did not hear a thing....Mom turned on the TV really loud and turned on all the sound machines and before I knew it it was morning and I was not bothered at all. Mom and I were sitting on the front porch this morning at 5am and she was telling me to see the pollution from the fireworks and the smell last night was awful....I know people like fireworks but it seems like such a waste of money just to view some sparkly things and it pollutes the air. Sometimes you humans are NUTS

July 4 2008

Today and every 4th of July is the most scary day in my world. My human will shut all the windows and turn on sound machines and the radio to block out all the noise of the fireworks. I am so afraid of fireworks..So my human does not go anywhere on the 4th of July, she stays home and protects me. She is the best.
