I have very little time to go online. I work 40 hrs. a wk M-F and her daddy works Tues. thru Sun. so Roxy is alone for 5hrs. a day she used to be crated but in May she graduated Potty School "LOL" and was free to roam the house she mostly hangs out in the bedroom as she LOVES the bed...at least thats what we beleive she is doing without a hidden Nanny Cam "LOL" who knows what she is doing..... by the time i get home the last thing i am allowed to do is sit in front of the Comp. she wants to play play play...and she gets quite irritated w me if i ignore her and go online. But can u blame her she is all alone except for the cat who she keeps corraled in another rm. "LOL" poor cat, so naturally when she sees her mommy or daddy or Krystle (her human sister..she is more like an auntie "LOL" who visits quite often) she wants attention and she wants to PLAY!!!! so play we do and she is so cuddly sweet how can you not. We play and play and cuddle the rest of the night!!! She is such a cuddly sweetie!!!! We live on the east coast and it gets dark by 5ish when i'm coming home so no evening walks for her she gets her day walk w daddy...i miss my walks w her but till the Cold wind blows harsh we will play in the yard and she runs like the wind...if only there was a dog park around that was enclosed being a bloodhound/beagle she is NOT off her leash...so we would need an enclosed park but there is none around so she runs in her little yard like its miles long she's just happy to get to PLAY&PLAY!!!!!!

For a little dog Roxy sure is a chewer.....my late german shepard didn't chew as much as this little girl does. She can chew through a rawhide bone so fast we can't keep up w her. But she HATES Kong toys except the ball that she plays w outside....i don't know what to do she guts all of her stuffed animals i would pity any wild animal if she ever got off her leash.....she is always going after squirrels & birds on our walks....she is a true hound!!!!

We rescued roxy from the local shelter last July. July 1st to be exact she wasn't what i was looking for but her eyes caught mine and i had to rescue her....i love her face and those floppy ears. Anyways we had just lost our beloved white german shepard of 10yrs.4mths earlier and we just couldn't live without a dog as much as we tried as he was irreplaceable. So we scoured the SPCA shelter sites for 100miles looking for the right dog. I went to the local shelter that day to view a 1yr old german shepard mix but when i got there there was a pen w puppies and roxy was one of 3 left i went in to see the dog but didn't like what i saw, it was wild and crazy acting not good for a city dog. As i was leaving i walked over and fell in love w roxy. i found out she had been rescued from a puppy mill in Ohio 3wks. prior and she was all that was left of them. i took a pic of her sent it to my daughter &husb. who were at work to see what they thought as we weren't planning on getting a puppy...they too fell for her and the rest is as they say history.....i adopted her on the spot. She is the opposite of our last dog as he was a male 90 lb. long haired white shepard and she is a female short hair, was suppose to be a 100lb lab./bloodhound. 6mths later we found out she was actually a 40lb. beagle/bloodhound more beagle than anything else. She is our little baby girl and she is a firecracker.
the rest is history!!!!!
