Ok all my Pup pals. My mom entered my little brother Maverick in the contest for SW Florida's Coolest dog so could all my pup pals maybe go and vote for him to let him know that we are all routing for him and its way cool that he......well we could win FOOOOODDDD for a year.YUMMMYYY!!!! and other supplies like a crate...(hint hint )mom. How I became Rex Jones

Ok so I lived with this couple that were going threw a bad divorse and I went to live with my mom at the time. She had to move into this house that was really small and she couldn't handle a big dog like me so she was going to put me down until my new mom came along and said NO WAY!!!!. So here I go to my new house with my new brothers and sister. (Human kind)

I love my new house and my new leash on life, as soon as I got into my new home I had tons & tons of room to run and be a puppy. And the best part I wasn't stuck in this tiny little crate all day or outside, cause my new mom stays home with me and my new brothers and sister. As my old mom told my new mom that I like to chew up things. My new mom found that I really don't chew anything except boxes (I love those) so she threw away my crate and I can roam free as I wish, threw the house and she is really happy about that too cause she says that i make her feel safe after the horrible thing that my new family went threw on December 2007. You can read about that in my new furry brother Maverick's diary. Anyway I am a very happy puppy now and I am living a great life.

This whole Puppy thing...UGH!

Ok so my mom and dad bring home this little boxer puppy. They keep callin him Maverick. I call him a pain in the you know where. Anyway, I know this puppy is very important to my mom cause her other boxer puppy was stolen out of her home in December 07 and they stole him away from his loving family. My mom keeps saying that this new boxer puppy has filled some of the whole that was left in her heart. Those theives are lucky that I wasn't there when this happen.

I am not too sure about him yet specially when he nips at my ears and feet. He thinks that he is funny and I see him as a pain when I am tring too sleep. My mom tells him to leave me alone but he keeps coming back to do it again. GRRRRR!!!!! But I try and take it cause I am what you call the Gental Giant. What he don't know is that I could squash him like a bug, but he is a puppy and I will play his silly games for now. Hopefully when he grows up a little I will be able to play with him, but for now he is a pain in my butt.
