Arrival Story:
My boyfriend at the time and I were going to Indiana to meet a professional breeder. I was in school at Ohio State and a friend said she saw a listing for malamute puppies locally. We decided to go see them just so I can get a feel for the breed. Mackie was in the far corner sleeping and the other 2 puppies were really cute and vibrant but there was some special connection to Mackie (obviously). He walked over, crawled over the little panel and fell into my lap and passed out. At that very moment, I was adopted. He hasn't left my side since.
