Aug 23rd my precious Milo set sail on a new adventure. Into a world where he can see and is finally free of pain. He had an aggressive tumor growing in his mouth for the past 4 months. He finally was showing sign of discomfort and it was bleeding easily. I was with my babe right to the very end. I kissed his and set him free. I was accompanied by my mom and life long friend. This was the hardest thing I've ever done!! But, now my baby can see again and romp around like he used to.

I now have a tumor on my jaw. It is pretty much inoperable--------well, I could have my jaw removed. But, haven't I had enough removed?!!! I am in the process of saying my good-byes and reminding people to still smile. I have had a great life and have definately made my mark on this world.
My tumor doesn't really effect me as of yet, but it is just a matter of time. It is growing fast and soon I will have problems eating and experience pain from this. For now, I am still the same 'ol me. Smiling, eating, playing and being a crazy terrior!!

Milo has a website where he tells his own story, in his own words, called Milo's Journal. First created to help educate others about luxation of the lens. Which is the condition that lead Milo to having both his eyes removed. You can read Milo's Journal and see lots of photos, at http://milosjournal.info
