Arrival Story:
Levi is no longer with me. When I was in kindergarten we had to put down the dog we had had at the time because she was old and so a couple months later we went to the Humane Society and looked around. I remember looking into a puppy room window and seeing a little girl holding this black and tan and white puppy and thikning ohhh I really hope she doesn't get that puppy...sure enough she put him back and I went in and he was in a little pen...and I remember looking in and he was jumping up. I told my parents that we hadddd to have that one and the lady working let me hold him and I kneww he was the one. We took him home and he was my best friend for the rest of his years. I went off to college in a town about 4o miles away and would come home randomly throughout the week because I missed him so much!! My parents told me he would wait by my room for me to come home. He had a good life, by far the best dog ever...putting him down was the hardest thing I've EVER had to do but he was old and going blind and couldn't hear...and could hardly walk at points...I will never forget him and I still hold my favorite picture of him in a frame next to my bed.
