Arrival Story: Hallie's "breeder" was advertising for her in the local classifieds and My dad reconized the number as one of his friends. He wanted to talk to his friend and I wanted to see beagle puppies So we headed over there. I was well equiped for a puppy at my house I still had molly's puppy stuff and I wanted a dog similar to my chihuahua peanuts size so they could play. A beagle seemed perfect. Just to let everypup know If I had known the conditions that hallie and other puppies were kept there was no way I would of even considered going to look. BUT I didn't know so I went to look at the puppies. The man there had 50 beagles crammed in little runs in his front yard. Their was a barn with beagles that were to be "started" soon they were in chicken cages and right in front of his porch was a make shift rabbit cage thing with puppies. The door to the cage was chewed from the puppies wanting out and I unlatched the door and saw a sight I never wanted to see again. 5 puppies aCOVERED in feces huddled in the corner terrified. I talked quietly and one ran over to me.I picked this 2 lb puppy up and it licked my face, but I wanted to hold another puppy becuase I wanted them all to have a chance. When touched the other puppy it screamed and peed in terror, all the while that first pup cried to get back in my arms. She looked at me and threw up mucus water stuff and I knew she was going to die If I didn't get her. All of the dogs on the property were well fed but this pup was 2 lbs and a walking skeleton. I got her and it was hallie! She obviously had a rough start when I brought her home she had inflamed intestines from the extreme parasite infestation and she had a GI tract infection. But now (3 weeks later) she is 6lbs and doing great! Help shut down beagle mills and any other animal mill.
Bio: Hallie is the best "daughter" Icould ever ask for! She is a super dog and companion. She is almost potty trained and is very very smart! I can't wait to get her into agility!
Looking at her pics and video you would never guess she has her own little problems, She gets scared of loud things pretty easy. She hates trash bags although that doesn't keep her out of the trash BOL.She is fearless on her little homade agility course!

Everything is going great here! It's getting cold so mom has to walk me earlier. Mom hasn't spend as much time as usual with me, but I moved to a soft sided crate so I can sleep right beside mom's bed in my big, soft crate. I'm getting all my tricks down fairly well, my stay is exceptional for a rowdy puppy. Mom said I have enormous talent! Lately I have been getting distracted lately, a huge detriment to our training. It's hard because I have just inherited a little furling sister, a CAT! She is always chasing my tail and I've lost my self control a couple times and chased her and mom chastised me for it :(. I'm adjusting to family life perfectly though! Last night I got into mom's paint and left big brown foot prints all up and down the floors :D. Mom didn't mind she just didn't want me to get sick. Guess what? I'm a whopping 20lbs!! Yep TWENTY. How did I get from 2 to twenty so fast? I'm about to hit my first heat and mom is sad to say i'm growing up, mom hates that. I'll still be her big baby though! I've adjusted to my rotation very very well. Nothing can upset my stomach! I have a little skin irritation though, and mom has to bath me in smelly shampoo every other day! It sucks because while I'm getting a dreaded bath my mom (instead of rescuing me) is hovering over me with a camera! See my dephault? mom put my back hair into an mohawk! Well there goes that darn kitten I feel as though I must chase it!
Ok so mom's dad runs a mini sactuary. Well I'm UTD on shots so mom thought she would let me run around with all 14 dogs in the BIGGGG pasture field. Well mom's dad lives far far away and has cows and horses and who knows what, but I felt like I was at the zoo! Beast the lab stepped on me once but I got right back up and kept running And then I encountered the scariest thing of my entire life...a cow. All you pups out there probably thing great danes are big well the biggest great dane doesn't have anything on a cow. These things are huge!!! and they dont go "moo" they make this loud frightening sound that shake my little beagle feet! Of course I was terrified so I made mom carry me.And then mom noticed I have a deformity on my leg where left leg goes in a little when I run im not in pain and It doesn't affect me at all, mom will mention it next time at the vet.
Also Cow pies are yummy! But watch out becuase when you dig in your human might scream and scrub you with kitty wipes if she sees you!

Mom said im growing like a weed I've gained two pounds already!!! That means im four pounds and almost 7 weeks.I've been really sick lately and im starting to not act like my beagley self. I had the runs REALLY REALLY bad and there was a trickle of blood also mom freaked out but the vet said it was from me being dewormed and being really wormy! Well I hope I get better
