I too was a pound dog & my time was up when Mom came along. She saw me leaping & lunging at the cage & told me to sit & be quiet which I did. She didn't have any choice but to take my information to the front desk & tell them to "wrap me up" I was going home. It was a great ride with my Mom & Dad & Gracie
Bio:
I had a #2 accident the first night in my new home. My new Mom just calmly told me that "Louie, that won't do here". It was the last accident I ever had in the house. With love, good food & care my Mom & Dad & Gracie helped make me into a great great dog. I never got over some of my issues but I know that I was so very loved!

This just in from North Mecklenburg Animal Rescue's Face Book Page:
WooHoo and a huge thanks to all who helped us in the Pepsi voting. We landed in the top 10 so hopefully we will be receiving a the 50k grant from Pepsi. It will be approximately two weeks before Pepsi "officially" released the grant recipients. We will post it the SECOND they notify us. Again, thank you.

It's the last day to vote for North Mecklenburg Animal Rescue's Pepsi Refresh Everything Idea. They have been in the Top Ten for the whole month of May & are currently in #4, yeah!! Today will be so critical with so many deserving Pepsi Refresh Ideas & so many voting for those ideas, yikes. So .. if you have a moment, please vote for NMAR today! They need your help!!
