Arrival Story:
She and her littermates were scheduled to be taken to the pound the next day. She looked like a dog that we used to have, so I decided to surprise my husband and bring her home.

Bio:
Her mother is a Rottweiler that belonged to my former boss. The Rottie had pups one day - no one in her family knew that the Rottie was pregnant. Surprise! The found out later that the Rottie had dug under a fence to visit her yellow Lab boyfriend. ****update: We discovered cancer in Bayley's toe and she had the entire toe removed 12/2011, and her x-rays were clear, so we thought we were good, but her cancer reappeared as a tumor behind her ear at the end of June 2012. Within a week, she went downhill, and we lovingly let her go to The Bridge on July 10, 2012. We will love and miss you always, sweet Bayley.
