Arrival Story:
HERE'S MY BABY! GEORGIE He's mixed breed ~ poodle and terrier mix (we think Jack Russell?) Rescued him from the Toronto Humane Society 4 years ago, when he was about a year old! Poor little guy was skin and bones and really anxious....we think he had been abused by some guy... The first year was really tough. He had such separation anxiety that he almost destroyed everything in the house whenever we left him alone. Well, to make a long story short, love and patience and a stable routine has worked magic and he's just the sweetest best-natured little guy around, absolutely THRIVING - AND my best friend in the world! He's on a special diet because he has Colitis, but we're coping well with it! Just look at these Photos - you can see he likes to play hard and takes his R & R very seriously!

Bio:
Georgie is now almost ten years old and he has quieted down a lot, and become quite a 'Mama's Boy'. He is like a Pacifist, loves everyone, and loves his daily routine. He totally trusts me and lets me put drops in his eyes, whatever... He adores being cuddled and wrapped up in blankies. I adore him and his facial expressions and do many portraits of him and other pets.
