Arrival Story:
I have been the owner of Pepper for less than one week. I picked her up from the local shelter and couldn't be happier to have found her!

Bio:
Pepper was picked up by the interstate by some city workers and dropped off at the shelter about 3 days ago. She had been lying in the ditch. She behaved well in the shelter and didn't seem to have any health issues when she was there. Because of her comfort with a harness, leash and dog bed, I'm thinking she was an in home doggy that maybe got lost or that possibly the owner couldn't take care of any more. She's very loyal and stays within a foot of me at all times. She seems very aware of when I'm talking about her and even though she didn't have a collar or name when she came to the shelter, I call her Pepper and she already responds to it! =) She doesn't play much at this time, but hopefully as she gets more comfortable and we get into a schedule, she'll get more energetic.
